Amadeus™ House Roast
Highest Arabica and Robusta beans have been carefully selected and blended to receive an exceptional coffee.
These coffee beans are transformed by our roast-master to create a rich, full-bodied coffee with
a smooth flavor and a tempting aroma.
Taste Profile: full bodied, smooth, exotic, low acidity and intensity of flavors produce a cup of delightful drinking experience.

Espresso Set Amadeus™
A Cappuccino prepared in our original Italian Espresso Machine, served with our home-made
original Viennese Apple Strudel

Espresso
A single portion of espresso

Espresso Ristretto
A short or restricted espresso

Espresso Lungo (Regular Coffee)
A single serving of espresso, diluted with hot water to produce a milder or long espresso

Espresso Macchiato
A single serving of espresso marked with two tablespoon of frothed milk

Espresso Romano
A single serving of espresso served with fresh lemon peel

Espresso Doppio
A double espresso

Cappuccino
1/3 espresso, 2/3 frothed-milk is served in a heated cappuccino cup. The Cappuccino is topped with a head of foam by spooning the frothed milk.
Although a European tradition, a cappuccino may be garnished with a light sprinkle of chocolate or cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla powder

Low Fat Cappuccino
We use for our Low Fat Cappuccino only Greenfield’s Low Fat milk

Cappuccino Grande
Our big Cappuccino is topped with a lot of foamy milk.
Although an Italian tradition for coffee lovers instead a Café Latte

Cafe Latte
Known by the French as Café au Lait and the Spanish as Cafe con Leche, a single espresso with steamed milk

The Coffee Variations with Alcohol

Irish Coffee
The Irish Coffee was invented by the Bartender Joe Sheridan at Shannon Airport (Dublin, Ireland).
The blend of Irish whiskey, and piping hot coffee topped with cool cream was just the trick

Pharisaeer Coffee
Black coffee mixed with plenty of rum and sugar, topped with whipped cream, cinnamon and lemon

Maria Theresia Coffee
A delicacy made from mocha beans, orange liqueur and served with a dome of whipped cream and colorful sugar sprinkles

Fiaker Coffee
A double espresso with warmed cherry brandy and sugar is topped-up with plenty of cream and a cherry
